What About Candidates?
We give the same level of professionalism to our candidates as we do our clients. Many candidates have told us in many cases, they are phoned by recruiters and asked “Are you available? What are you looking for?” Next minute they are in front of a client with nothing more than the job spec. We do not do that. Our aim is to reduce as much overhead of your time in your recruitment process and find you the right person.
Every candidate that ever attends an interview with you would have had at least 1 sit down face to face with our respective specialist for an in depth discussion about the role, their life and aspirations, what they really want out of a role.
We go out and meet candidates 7 days a week, usually in unsocial hours. We are far from a 9 to 5 operation.
We are not targeted in any way in respect of numbers of placements or new clients engaged. We believe that we can offer you excellent value for money in the services we provide.
We will only send you a candidate if we truly believe they are the right fit for you and you are the right fit for them. Our make-up is quite unique and we have some excellent references to support our claims.
